Well, it has to be within reason, but something like that, if it bothers you, should be dealt with accordingly. If it annoys you or other forum members it should be stopped. If they refuse to comply I'd expect you or another mod to report to me and I can try and resolve the problem. Punishments may or may not be given out based on what it is.

Oh and guys don't be scared, this isn't supposed not be a tyranny I'm just sating what should be done when someone reaks the rules

But Tom, if this DOES annoy someone it may be best if you stop, kay guy?
