What about for the points you loose points if you spam and gain if you are good. Then what happens is you get an award. Like a rank but it only last for a month. So every month the person with the most points gets their rank change to Super Cool or something.

Hmmmm...... Well the points don't work like that (You can't lose points) but what about making the "Top Contributor" rank a special rank (Knife would be the first to receive it).

It means you are at least an advanced member and You contribute GOOD and WHOLESOME or USEFUL posts? Like, a sort of tally that appears under the user's name that only the mods can edit?

Yeah basically, but a real shop where you like... redeem? If possible... or is there any way to lose points? Can you steal or remove points from people without rep-downing?

I may be able to set up a mock shop where I just do all the work. People can "order" ranks and I can give it to them.

Make a premium section with loads of free stuff (I can provide that :3) and you can only access it if you donate to the site like $5 or so or get a certain amount of points and get access to it

That could work.

You can consider my work as teh werlds greatest mod as my payment.
