A while ago i was thinking about getting armored core for answer but im not sure.

1. is it like open world or missions?

2. 3d like run around in a full 360 or 3d like super smash bros?

3. is it very good

4. is it rated M or MA because at my mums im not allowed to play MA

5. is Xbox Live good with it?

Alright...

1. It's missions, but the levels are massive

2. It's full 3D.

3. If you like Mecha games, you'll love it, but if you don't like Mecha games, it's still pretty good. I'd rent it first.

4. Not sure if it's M or MA... There is light swearing (Damn, Bastard, Hell, but that's about it.)

5. Yes, if you have a good connection, but don't even try unless you have some practice first. (I'd e glad to train you, if you get it for the 360)

hmm sounds pretty good i might get it but ill see if my video store has it.
also can you like customise your robot and stuff?

im gonna watch some videos on it. know any good ones?

Yeah, Armored Core is all about the customization. You can change almost any part on it, from Arms, to heads, to Legs, to Weapons, to Boosters, to Generators, to Stabilizers (Shift AC's Balance and increase/balance out turning) You can paint it any color you want, as well as make your own emblems and apply them as Decals on any of your AC's Frame parts. You can then Tune it to boost it's performance to suit your style, put Tuning Points into Thrust for more speed, En output for faster Energy regeneration, into Primal Armor (Like your AC's Shields) for more defense, anything.

and yes, For Answer is the Newest one.

Add me on Live if you haven't already. Cause you can do Co-Op on some missions over Live, and I should be able to help you get through the first few missions until you get the hang of it.

I was thinking of getting it but then I remembered how stiff those Japanese flying mech games felt.

How are the controls?

It's not really flying, it goes in complete 3D (It's not like a rail-shooter like Starfox). It's like Lost Planet or any other 3rd Person Shooter, only you can fly and shoot Thousands of Missiles/Bullets/Lasers at once.

The Controls are pretty smooth, depending on what scheme you're using. I use Control Type-B, that uses the Bumpers for weapons and the triggers for Boost (Since it's easier to Second and Third Stage Quick Boost that way.)

This is magical. I do hope you guys get it, So I can have someone to play with.

There should be a Demo on Xbox Live That should introduce you to the game. (But it only comes with 1 mission, and it's one of the harder ones, so don't let that discourage you. It get's really fun once you get more parts and weapons and whatnot.)

if i get it i will get it this thursday. i think thats wed for america if its saturday for you today.

Should I get Core 4 or For answer? For answer is the latest one but what do YOU recommend? (If I indeed like the controls)

I reccomend For Answer. It's the Best for new players, since
A) Online Co-op,
B) Much Better Background Music,
C) Better Storyline,
D) Not published by SEGA (They totally botched Armored Core 4, which is why it's sales were terrible)
E) Better Graphics
F) Better/More Voice Acting (I think they have the entire Cast of Code Geass in there, as well as some other noted Anime Voice Actors.)

And no, kelts, they also speak full english, which pretty well dubbed, but you can change it to Japanese if you want.

and probley mass effect and time shift?
im no good at mass effect ive only finnished the 1st mission and not sure what to do lol.

You get ranked on how well you do your missions. This dictates the pay you get for completeing the mission. S is the Highest rank, then A, then B and so on. S ranking a mission usually comes with other rewards, like New Parts, and more FRS points (What you use to tune your AC) and maybe schematics and Emblems too. If you S rank all missions, you get the prestigious SS rank, unlock the ultimate Emblem (Nineball's Emblem from the previous generation) and some type of special stabilizer. I have not yet SS ranked the game myself, so I wouldn't know what those stabilizers are.
