A report post button, to help point the mods in the right direction of, as japsa says, "Faggotry" as soon as it arises.

But we as regular members must remember that it is a powerful tool, not to be abused, and only to be used when there is dire need for mod or admin intervention.

This will both help with the current troll issue, and will also benefit us in the long term when and if the forum gets much, much larger.
