Anybody who is stupid enough to connect to xbox live with a flashed xbox 360 is almost instantly banned. There is no need to ban a ton of people at once, because they are already banned!

I heard about that, There was a reason actually, I dont want to make you mad but it was caused due to people buying modchips and downloading Call to duty:Modern warfare2 from piratebay for free a week or so before it was released... Thats what caused it all from what i heard...

You cannot connect to xbox live with a hard modded xbox without being banned from xbox live. This is nothing new, and I seriously doubt that it randomly happened in mass numbers

How is speaking a truth pessimistic? I base my statement on previously displayed information. Shooters are short-lived, with the exception of the hard-core fans of the series who will say its the best game ever until the sequel comes out.
