The "Epique Real-World Creations You Have Made" Thread
This thread shall be for posting amazing things you have made, done, accomplished, and for also providing proof that you're not just blowing it out your ass.
Now, on to business.
First thing I feel I need to prove is the existence of my custom forged Katana, Hiryu.
So Here ya go. Please ignore the blurryness of any of the following pics. I can't hold a camera steady to save my life. Click on them for full view.
Hiryu, in his white and shining Glory

Behold, the fruits of 3 months of forging, smithing, carving and painting. My Katana, Hiryu.

Actually Battle Axes are not that hard to make. (I would know, I made like 12 of them for my school's rendition of MacBeth in Space)
The only hard part is balancing them, and making sure the head does not fall off.

I;ve tried that Super. Believe me. I. HAVE. TRIED.
But apparently Mecha arent meant to stand on 2 legs.
Damn you Issac Newton!
And Yeah, I do know my stuff. I've made all kinds of wepaons, armor, even a non-functional Mecha Suit (Like Iron Man, not like a Gundam. And It dosent fly or shoot lasers.)

Re: The "Epique Real-World Creations You Have Made" Thread
Though I do have some designs that might work...
The reality of Mecha all depends on me getting into Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering in Boston, then it's on to Mechanized Propulsion Systems in California, where I build my first combat capable Mecha.
I was thinking along the lines of a Knightmare frame, but an Armored Core might be easier. And if both of those Fail I could always build a HOUND (Chromehounds), or Battlemech (Mechwarrior)

Hmmmm I think it's a little impractical to make a mecha actually walk... use the Knightmare idea with it having wheels.... now you'd have to counter the weight of the actual cockpit if you were using the Knightmare disign....
