This is going to get piss-your-pants confusing, I can tell. All I can remember is the wheelchair girl, had 36 vectors, had a codename and was locked away, and only appeared in the last two episodes but was mentioned in previous ones.

Nana was the one who was tested (tortured) by her father who she loved for some reason. She had short purple hair.
