can somebody just either warn silver or ban him? he is purposely spamming the forums. i could ask alex in rl but dont feel like it. im putting it out. its official. vote on my post for or against banning silver. green (+) for and red (-) against. hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Update: if it stays neutral, silver's status will be fully decided by moderators, most likely alex but i want to hand this to mods if it is neutral at the last vote.
