Really, who hasn't heard? The new game in the Call of Duty series has not just raised the standards, but exploded them. Over ten attachments per weapon, upgraded perks, custom kill streaks, really, who hasn't thought about buying it, or taken action?

Also, I don't really think that it has raised the standards, the things you mentioned are common in many other games. Have yet to buy it, mainly cause I'm better than to be sucked in by the hype, though I'm not saying that's what happened with you, it just seems that that is the general reason people buy anything COD related...

It has raised the standards but not by much! Its a really good game. But it is just like the difference between MW 1 and World at War!
