Heres a video tutorial about how to get outside of any N&B map (except for showdown town). There is also a mini bonus-glitch at the end of the video showing how to have kazooie carry stuff while your driving a vehicle.

I tried doing that once but it didn't go well lol. I ended up being stuck in some weird underground/underwater area with no way out.
